Bridal Wellness Coaching
1:1 bridal wellness coaching for brides navigating wedding planning stress, family conflict, body image pressure & boundaries
The opinions, the family dynamics, the body pressure, the boundaries you keep having to re-draw - wedding planning anxiety is real, and it's a lot. I work with brides on the parts of planning nobody has a checklist for: the emotional weight, the difficult conversations, and how to take care of your mental health through all of it.
About Madeleine
I'm Madeleine - a bridal wellness coach with a background in therapy, and certifications in personal training and Pilates. I work with brides on the full picture: wedding planning stress, family conflict, the difficult conversations, body image pressure, and the movement habits that help you feel steady through all of it.
My approach is therapist-informed, which means I bring real training in how people navigate hard emotions, relationships, and change - not surface-level stress management tips. We go where the actual work is.
"Wedding planning has a way of surfacing every complicated relationship in your life - with your family, with your body, with yourself."
That's not a flaw in the process. It's actually an opportunity. My work helps brides navigate those moments with more clarity and less damage - whether that's a hard conversation with a parent, a boundary that keeps getting crossed, or a complicated relationship with food and exercise that the wedding has suddenly put under a spotlight.
What I Believe
True bridal wellness isn't just about exercise or sleep. It's about how you manage wedding planning stress, handle family conflict, protect your energy, and stay connected to yourself when everything around you is pulling for your attention.
Navigating family opinions, setting limits with well-meaning relatives, and managing the dynamics that weddings tend to stir up - these aren't just social inconveniences. They're emotionally complex, and they deserve more than generic advice.
The pressure brides face around their appearance is real and often harmful. We build a relationship with movement and your body that isn't rooted in a deadline or a dress size - one grounded in how you actually feel.
Knowing what you need and being able to communicate it - with your partner, your family, your vendors - is something you can learn and practice. And it doesn't stop being useful after the wedding.
Workout Program
A foundational training program for anyone who wants to start moving with intention - not punishment. This is a starting point: a solid, structured outline to build from. Think of it as a preview of what working with me looks like, before it becomes fully tailored to your body, your history, and your life.
If you've been curious about what personalized coaching with me would feel like, this is the place to start.

What I Offer
All coaching is 1:1 and shaped around what you're navigating - whether that's wedding planning burnout, family dynamics, body image pressure, boundary-setting, or all of the above. There's no one-size-fits-all here.
My signature coaching experience for brides who want support that goes beyond logistics. Together we work on the emotional and relational complexity of planning - navigating family dynamics, practicing boundaries, building body acceptance, and incorporating movement in a way that actually feels good.
For brides in the final stretch who need focused, practical support - not a last-minute overhaul. We prioritize what matters most right now: managing anxiety, navigating the family and social intensity that tends to peak in these weeks, and helping you stay grounded.
A focused, 75-minute 1:1 session for when you need to think something through with someone who gets it. Maybe there's a family situation that keeps escalating, a boundary you can't seem to hold, or a moment where you've lost sight of yourself.
The Process
Start with a complimentary 20-minute call. We'll talk about where you are, what's feeling hard, and what you actually want from coaching. No pressure - just a real conversation.
Based on what you're navigating - whether that's family stress, body image, boundaries, movement, or all of it - I shape a coaching plan around your actual life and timeline. Not a template.
Through weekly sessions and regular check-ins tied to your wedding milestones, we work through what comes up - so you arrive at your wedding day feeling prepared, not depleted.
Common Questions
No. Madeleine Rose Wellness offers wellness coaching only - not therapy, counseling, or any form of clinical mental health treatment. While I hold a background in therapy, I do not practice under my license in this context. If clinical support would better serve you, I'll say so directly.
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video call, so you can work with me wherever you are. Movement sessions and pilates programming are designed to be done from home or a gym of your choice.
Yes - this is one of the most common and most underserved parts of wedding planning. Whether it's unsolicited opinions, old dynamics resurfacing, or a relationship becoming strained by the process, we can work on navigating those situations with more confidence.
The earlier, the better - but it's never too late. Many clients start 4–6 months out. If your wedding is sooner, the Countdown Intensive or a Strategy Session is a great fit for where you are right now.
That's what the intro call is for. We'll figure out the best fit together - no obligation to commit. You can also book a single Strategy Session first to get a feel for working together before committing to a full program.
Absolutely, and it's some of the most meaningful work we do. The pressure brides face around their bodies is intense and often harmful. We work on body acceptance, building a healthier relationship with movement, and shifting the internal narrative toward how you actually feel.
